The Clinical Year
Where Skill Becomes Practice
The third year is a full clinical immersion, during which students are placed in osteopathic clinics. This is the time to refine technique, apply clinical judgment, and complete any remaining clinical hours required for graduation.
During this year, students develop:
Independence in clinical decision-making. Confidence to make informed clinical choices.
Skill in managing and tracking patient progress. Learn to monitor outcomes and adjust care effectively. Learn how to run and manage a clinic.
Competency in delivering safe and effective manual osteopathic care. Develop the hands-on skills needed for quality patient treatment and outcomes.
